At AstroSampark, each 12-page astrology report is an individualized digital product calculated specifically for your submitted birth coordinates. Because of the immediate computation and digital delivery, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply.
2. Free Regeneration for Data Entry Mistakes
If you accidentally entered an incorrect birth time, date, or place when placing your order, simply contact our support team on WhatsApp or email with your correct details. We will gladly regenerate and deliver your corrected report free of charge within 24 hours.
3. Technical Delivery Glitches & Full Refunds
If a technical failure prevents the delivery of your report on WhatsApp and on-screen, and our support team cannot resolve the delivery within 24 hours, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of your ₹51 payment.
